Dear Members:

As you know, the Association submitted two matters to the members for their consideration and approval by written consent in lieu of a meeting.  The first matter was to approve the proposed hallway renovations.  The second matter was the vote to restrict smoking in the units.  

By way of this letter, we are advising the members that only the vote to approve the proposed hallway renovations was approved by the members with a total of 77 votes in favor of the renovations and 22 votes against.  The no-smoking amendment did not pass but will likely be presented to the members for a vote again at a later time.

The Board appreciates the support of the owners in agreeing to improvements to make the Lincoln Tower a better place to live.
