The packets have gone out to all homeowners regarding the vote to redo the dreadful hallways and a second vote as to whether you would like this to be a non smoking building.  Please vote and return your ballots as soon as possible.

These are both yes/no votes.  We feel strongly that the hallway renovation will be great for the value of our condos as well as our lifestyle.  If you have any questions you can either call the manager or email me or any of the board members.  We would all be happy to answer any questions you may have.
