There will be a packet sent to each owner with the request for a vote to redo the hallways. This is a rendering of how they will look.
And this is how they currently look. I'm not sure how long it's been since they were done but it's more than twenty years I believe. The above view does not look too bad but look closer at the photos below.
The wallpaper is peeling and curled.
This is how it is being repaired, stapled. The glue will no longer hold it in place it has been done so many times.
When your packet arrives please consider a yes vote so that the hallways can be redone and keep the value of our lovely building at it's best.
